Skin + Laser Booking Deposits
Terms & Conditions
All clients require a complimentary consultation with one of our nurses or skin and laser therapists to determine if the treatment is suitable.
A $50 deposit is required upon booking for the following skin and laser hair removal treatments:
Laser Hair Removal
- Full body hair removal
- Women’s Top-to-Toe Laser Programme
- Men’s Top-to-Toe Laser Programme
Skin Treatments
- Hydrafacial treatments including, standard, deluxe, platinum and JLO Beauty.
- Skin Needling and SkinPen
- Advanced Skin Needling
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
During the appointment, if it is deemed by the nurse or therapist that the client is not suitable for treatment or if the client chooses in their appointment not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded.
If a client cancels the appointment within 24 hours or is a no show, the deposit will be kept.Your booking deposit can be redeemed towards your treatment.
