Cosmetics Aesthetics Treatment – Booking Deposits
Terms & Conditions
- All clients having Cosmetic Aesthetic treatments require a complimentary consultation with one of our Aesthetic Nurses or Doctors to determine the client is suitable for treatment.
- A $50 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic aesthetic treatment consultations which may result in a treatment.
- To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
- During the appointment, if it is deemed by the Aesthetic Nurse or Doctor that the client is not suitable for treatment or if the client chooses in their appointment not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded.
- If a client cancels the appointment within 24 hours or is a no show, the deposit will be kept.
- Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment or product.
- Packages cannot be split over appointments
- Cosmetic aesthetic treatments cannot be pre-paid, other than Bio-Remodelling where 2 x treatments is the recommended treatment plan and paid at the time of first treatment.

Our advertising does not use testimonials or before-and-after images, as these may create unrealistic expectations. We also do not target people under 18. A consultation is required before any procedure, during which a registered health practitioner will discuss your goals, the potential risks and benefits, alternative options, recovery requirements, and whether the procedure is suitable for you.
Deciding to undergo a cosmetic procedure should be a carefully considered choice. We encourage you to take time, ask questions, and make an informed decision that is right for you.
