FAQs
Gift Cards can be redeemed online and in-store at any Clear Skincare Clinic. Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining card value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
To redeem online, input the voucher number during checkout. Please note that only one gift card voucher is allowed per online transaction.
Gift Cards expire 3 years from date of purchase.
You can choose to receive your egift card immediately or you can schedule your egift card to be sent at a later date.
If you select the Send Now option, your egift card should be delivered to your nominated email within 30 mins of successful purchase.
If you select the Send Later option, your egift card will be delivered to the nominated email before midday on your scheduled date.
