We have recently updated our online booking system to enhance your online booking experience.
Our new features to help enhance the experience include:
• Make, cancel, and reschedule bookings
• View your prepaid treatments and packages
• See the skincare products you’ve purchased
• Update and manage personal details
Yes, once you log in, you will see that all your existing pre-paid treatments are accessible within your My Account section. You will be able to book your treatments once logged in.
This is a legitimate request, as we have updated our online booking system. However, if you feel the need to speak with a Clear Skincare team member, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at 1300 442 632, from 9 am to 5 pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
You will be asked to provide the email address you normally use to book online with us. This is to verify your account. A password reset email will be sent to the email address you provided. The link in the email will take you to an online form where you can update your login password, select your preferred clinic, and provide your mobile number. Your mobile number is important for account verification.

Yes, you will need to create a new account with a valid email and mobile phone number.
Unfortunately, we only accept Australian mobile numbers as they need to be verified via an automated text message.
