Cosmetic Injecting Booking Deposits
Terms & Conditions
- All clients having Cosmetic Injection treatments require a complimentary consultation with one of our Nurses or Doctors to determine the client is suitable for treatment.
- A $50 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings.
- To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
- During the appointment, if it is deemed by the Nurse or Doctor that the client is not suitable for treatment or if the client chooses in their appointment not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded.
- If a client cancels the appointment within 24 hours or is a no show, the deposit will be kept.
- Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment or product.
- Packages cannot be split over appointments
- Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid, other than Bio-Remodelling where 2 x treatments is the recommended treatment plan and paid at the time of first treatment.
- For legal reasons, product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.
