Laser Deals to Love (NZ)
The Laser promotion is available from 2nd April 2024 on the selected areas for a limited time only. All packages (1, 3, 6 packs) have a 12-month redemption period, and 10 packs have an 18-month redemption period. Purchased packs can be redeemed at any Clear Skincare Clinic within New Zealand.

Product Bundles (In-clinic offer only)
The Product Bundle offer is available from the 27th February 2024 and will be ongoing in all New Zealand Clear Skincare Clinics. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. The customizable product bundles are designed to treat specific skin concerns and cannot be swapped or exchanged for treatments. Clients are required to select products exclusively from the predetermined categories within the Starter, Pro, and Ultimate packs, ensuring that the bundle offer's structure remains unchanged. The specified categories encompass Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Moisturiser, Eye Cream, SPF or BB, and Treatment. Products that are excluded from this offer include Makeup Remover, Pre Cleanser, Hydrosol Mist 100mL and all Clearance products. Clear Skincare reserves the right to modify or to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
In-Clinic Makeup
The promotional offer is valid and ongoing from the 27th of February 2024. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. The up to 50% discount applies to InClinic brand products across Eyes, Lips, Accessories and a selection of Face products only and must be purchased in a Clear Skincare clinic. The offer excludes all Makeup Remover and Pre-Cleanser and Intensive Hydrosol Mist 100mL. Clear Skincare reserves the right to modify or to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Skin Journey™ Programmes
The savings specified for each Skin Journey programme is calculated on the recommended retail price for individual treatments and not packaged or promotional prices. Each Skin Journey programme has a 12-month redemption period and must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Unredeemed treatments are non-refundable and will be forfeited in accordance with the stated redemption period. Unless specified as part of the programme, treatments within each Skin Journey package cannot be swapped or exchanged for other treatments. Combo treatments cannot be partially redeemed across multiple visits. Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package. Our therapists will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the programme purchased, however it is the client’s responsibility to book their treatments in advance to ensure appointment availability. If for documented medical reasons a client cannot continue with their Skin Journey programme, the balance of the programme can be used against other Clear Skincare treatments (excluding Cosmetic Injecting and Products). Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults/major problems outlined in our refunds policy. Clear Skincare’s standard cancellation policy applies to all Skin Journey appointments.
Clear Skincare will provide refunds in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind. Please refer to our Refunds + Cancellations policy on our website.

The $100 discount offer only applies to a customers first full priced Renuva treatment when purchased as either a single, 3 pack or six pack. The offer can only be applied to a customer's account if they have not received a Renuva treatment with Clear Skincare previously.
