We will match any price on Laser & Skin Treatments, however, please note we do not price match on products, Cosmetics Aesthetics, Mole and/or Skin Tag removal treatments, or gift vouchers.
How it works:
For price match to be eligible it must meet the following criteria, and our team must be able to validate this information by you bringing proof (photo or screenshot that includes the competitor price offer and the date or digital time stamp) of the prices that are publicly available to all customers. The prices must:
Be for an identical or equivalent Laser or Skin Treatments
Be from a chain competitor (i.e the competitor must have multiple premises on main streets or comparable shopping destinations across Australia).
The competitor price must be available within a 10km radius of your chosen Clear Skincare Clinic
The chain competitor offer must be available at the time of you price match request.
You may only purchase the same volume of Treatments as is being advertised by the competitor you would like to Price Match (e.g. you cannot purchase 10 Treatments at the price of a competitor’s introductory single treatment price).
You are not permitted to go back and forward between us and a competitor. That is, we will not Price Match a competitor’s price of a Treatment that is lowered due to their equivalent of Price Match.
You must disclose your request for a Price Match prior to receiving the treatment you wish to Price Match.
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to payments received or treatment already undertaken.
Clear Skincare does not offer price matching to any competitors that are not ‘chain competitors’, such as small boutique clinics, therapists who work from home or mobile clinics, or who are in administration and/or closing down. Websites like GroupOn are not eligible for Price Match.
